01 / Process

How does the moving process work?

It begins with a complimentary consultation, by video or in-person, so we can fully assess your needs and provide an accurate, all-inclusive estimate. Once confirmed, a dedicated coordinator is assigned to your move. On moving day, our uniformed crew arrives fully equipped: padded trucks, neoprene floor runners, professional blankets, disassembly tools, and all specialty equipment required. We close with a thorough walkthrough before we leave, every room, every item accounted for.

02 / Booking

How far in advance should I book?

For local residential or commercial moves, two weeks is usually sufficient. For long-distance relocations, specialty moves (pianos, fine art, full estates), or moves during peak months (May through September), four to six weeks is ideal. Booking early also allows us to conduct a complimentary video assessment and prepare the right crew configuration for your job, at no cost, with no obligation.

03 / Standard

What does "white-glove" actually mean in practice?

White-glove means every detail is handled without being asked. Our crew arrives in uniform and immediately lays neoprene floor runners throughout your home. Furniture is disassembled and reassembled as needed; every item is wrapped in professional-grade moving blankets. We use ramp and lift-gate equipped trucks to eliminate unnecessary handling risk, and offer full packing, temperature-controlled storage, and specialist handling for pianos, fine art, and antiques. You handle nothing. We handle everything.

04 / Protection

What happens if something is damaged?

Every move is backed by $3,000,000 in liability insurance and full WorkSafe BC compliance. In the rare event damage occurs, we handle all claims directly and promptly, no runaround, no delays. We also recommend clients review any rider options on their homeowners or renters policy for an additional layer of protection. In practice, our standard of care makes this conversation unnecessary. But when it matters, we stand behind the work without question.
